It is indeed painful that very such things are happening freely in Indian Society! It is hard to believe that Rahul could have been a party to the alleged offence! The man who brought about the charge is a political rivalry, and that gives all the more doubts! If Rahul is proved to be innocent, and I strongly believe he is, the complainant/petitioner should be put to be punished mercilessly too!
