There is no point in blaming doctors only. They evolve from the same society where we all belong. Common people are equally partners in crime with doctors, there is sick mindset among even educated, well off people to abort female foetus, as there will be always supply of corrupt doctors & administrative officials to compelete the vicious cycle. We are slowly progressing towards becoming another somalia or kongo, where every woman's only destiny is to get raped & killed by barbarians. So many useless claims we hear everyday that India will be the biggest economy by 2050, but much before that india will be worst country for women to live, worst country with maximum hungry people & worst country with highest crime rate & worst country where common people will live a dog's life & a handful of corrupt politicians & officials will enjoy first world life at the cost of millions living is utter poverty & exploitation.

Mr shotgun Sinha you r absolutely wrong in putting such venomous comments regarding a maratha community which ,historically, fought against foreign rule.
People are get blind in the name faith. Thos who are either extream hindu or muslim or christian, they have always been poor, uncivilized and barbaric.
They are same-no different .They speak different tones for different occasions or people though the facts may be the same. They are both opportunists and liars of the first order-they should merge and have nice time.Thenwith absolute majority at each Satae and Center ,they can jointly loot the People's maoney.
This place is in Maharashtra and Congress is ruling Maharashtra.So,congress government is responsible for female foeticides.
I donot understand why congress is enjoying this crime of killing female child.May be they are busy in making another Adarsh scam.Every one knows that an opposition MLA cannot run the government and congress should not bestow its incompetency on others like Munde.
Under Congi misrule,inhuman crimes are happening everywhere in the country.If congress is really sincere,they should give exemplary punishment to the people who are engaged in this crime and not waste time in running smear campaing against Munde just because he did not join congress.
Rediff is so obvious and immatured in reporting on the entire dirty congi game on Munde that new titles speak the intentions :
First news : BJP is Zero in Maharashtra without Munde
Second news : Munde to join congress
Third news : Munde says,he is right there in BJP
Fourth news : Munde's Parli is centre of female foeticides..
If Munde joined congress,news would have been : Munde is the leader of aam admi
Congress is so dirty and shameless,what to say ? Hope they understand India's new generation is in 21st century and they cannot be fo0led by colonial tricks.Time to dump congress out of the country.
Just becoz Munde didnt join scamgress party, they started a muck and slander campaign..
Its anybody's guess that this article would've never seen the light of day had Munde joined scamgress..

Confused...Being from Parli and proud father of twin girls.. i must say foeticide is there in Parli since UPA's rule..dont make politics out of it..focus on issue which... is foeticide..you dumb...
So Munde didnot came to CONs after all. So the dirty dept of CONs begins. With bought up media, what they came up with Munde as female foeticide, not the Former Dy CM but "Dr Sudam Munde".
How far media go to serve there bosses. I think legislative and press is all sold.

Do you for a moment suppose that the people who wrote this article even give a hoot about the serious issue of "female foeticide" ?
The fact that they chose to publish this article, after days of excessive zeal on the possibility of party switching by a prominent opposition leader, just after he rejected any such possibility... indicates a clear cut case of MALICE and SOUR GRAPES mentality.
