Raja is only a scapegoat. Subramania Swamy knew this all along, when he was misleading the Supreme Court. His objective was to use the opportunity to tarnish A.Raja and DMK to favour Jayalalitha during elections in TN. Note that Jaya is from the same community as he is from. And, the fact that an SC guy was holding an important central ministry as Telecom in the centre, made the Brahm*n Swamy and his community fellows get a lot of heartburns. They used this opportunity to remove him. A.Raja only followed the policy laid out from NDA regime. Swamy just created a big hype that A.RAJA looted 1.76 LAKHS CRORE, when the loss started due to the policy, even during Vajpayee/BJP rule, and even during Dayanidhi Maran period. Swamy is hiding and quiet, and not interested in going after any Congi/BJP or Business leaders. He is happy an SC guy was taken off, and it helped Jaya (from his community) win election in TN. Where is he now, when Yeddurappa is refusing to resign after the mining scam. He would have gone screaming to Supreme Court if it was a Congior DMK politician. Swamy is a Cheat!

PM knows what RAJA was doing. PM knows how Spectrum was allocated. But PM is acting as if he is innocent. A Person working under RAJA can act innocent, But a PM shiuldnt act as innocent. Does PM thinks that TELECOM MINISTRY controls the country or he the PM, controls the country?
As the leader of the government why he didnt stop this allocation?.
Say PM doesnt know what Raja was doing and he was mislead. But in such case, When the first company gets it allocation he shud have acted and reverted all the allocation immediately.Right? Why PM didnt force AUCTION?
But sadly opposition, media, court has to step-in. And still now the leader of the government is hiding behind sonia. What a shame to india?
If it was other country, Certainly Prime Minister will be in jail now.
Can the law of india act quickly and arrest Manmohan Singh, Chidambram.
If Manmoha singh says that he is the proxy of sonia, then arrest Sonia too.

As if Raja is in jail just because Swamy told he should be in Jail and thats why MMS kicked him out of cabinet etc. As if all the courts, judges, CBI all those who nailed Raja & Co are from Swamy's community and so they all obeyed Swamy's orders. If you say something it should be atleast believable at a first glance.

Swamy is a known political agent. If Raja is right then we have a fundamental problem with our Judicial system
Looks like Raja will bring down PM, HM, Tata/Sonia etc to Tihar :)!
If a Govt policy decision is wrong then a minister alone cannot be responsible/scapegoat

CBI is influenced by congress..what else do u expect? they are twisting the facts..PAC's estimate is 1.76 lac crores. bribe was 60000crores.. u must be out of your mind if you believe in CBI when it is under congress's influence.

Ingorant of the facts, again! CBI investigation is at the instance of the Supreme Court, in this case. It is not under Cong influence.

then what explanation can they give to PAC? Swamy has even explained the total figures and methods of estimation. I said under the influence, I am aware that CBI is reporting to supreme court directly..I did not mince words..And how did the estimation came down,if the bribe itself was 60000 crores. And for all the bribes there are documentary proofs..so dont believe whatever media feeds you.

during nda time, number of bidders were much less than number of license available. this logically lead to the policy of first come first serve. but during upa time, the number of bidders became TEN TIMES the number of license. scheduled_csste_raja_isml, you lo_csst brain wont get it. after picking_krrapp for centuries, your brain has become_krrppp.

either raja makes him an accomplice or anyways further documents will come on august 24th against him according to Subramanian Swamy,who is the first petitioner in the case..So he will have to face the justice..
