It does not matter whether india is allie or not to any big wigs, the biggest enemy of india remains its currupt system, if that is solved..countries will strive to be indias allies in next 20 years, because 1 child policies of 80s and 90s will take down young population of china below india's in another 20 year.. so India will be service hub of the world.

A LOT IN COMMON AMONG CHINA-INDIA-PAKISTAN!
by Kabeer on Jul 07, 2011 12:29 PM  | Hide replies

Allies based on democratic values is hogwash!

It never worked and never will.

US never advocated democratic values human rights when it comes to the Middle Eastern politics where women cant even drive a car.

US props up dictatorial and autocracies in the Middle East which are their puppets. Iran resisted so they are calling them terrorists!

Putting a democratic process slows down the pace of development and its openness gives the Western powers a huge handle in interfering in the domestic affairs of nations.

US while encouraging dictatorships in Saudi and elsewhere in the Middle East, incited democratic processions in China so that it can have a handle in the Chinese domestic affairs. And Chinese leadership crushed that rebellion with an iron fist and rightly so.

Look at the Indian affairs and the US interfernce. They may criticise BJP on its religious fundamentalism but they support the BJP when it comes to empowering. BJPs capitalist ideology is in the interest of the West. They support BJP even while ignoring the secular COngress and while castigating the LEft front. There they dont see any human rights etc.

In last years elections, it was seen as a BJP victory in the initial stages and somewhere in the middle of the Campaign the possibility of the THird Front seemed probable and possible. Third Front means Left front domination which the US didnt like.

So the CIA stepped in and after verifying that BJP is losing ground worked for COngress victory

Now, Pakistan is becoming the proxy arm of CHina and India is becoming the proxy arm of the US to fight for the US interests against China.

Who will be ultimate losers?

Indian people and Pakistani people with the US as major gainer and CHina as minor gainer.

China, India, pakistan are neighbours; and you cant change neighbours.

60 years before India and pakistan are one- 60 years in international affairs is a very small period. England and France fought blooody wars for 400 years and now they are allies.

China and India never fought a war against each other in 5000 years co-existence and the only one that they fought in 1962 was misunderstanding on both sides which both sides admit.

Now, China and India and Pakistan shoud ally themselves.

Give China the bigger role that it deserves and earned. Come on, Chinese have a blue water navy and as Indian PM admitted the CHinese are far ahead of India. Give them the room. Accept their bigger role.

Let India settle for a small brother role and divide spheres of influence in Indian ocean Malacaa straits etc.

LEt Pakistan accept the youngest and smallest brother role. No point for Pakistan comparing with India. You just cant match the Indian might; not in half a century.

Just the way, India accepts Chinese bigger role, Pakistan should accept Indias bigger role.

When you combine resources and markets we dont need the West but can rule the Africas and the Asias.

West will be brough to its knees.

USA is not trustworthy
by PETERSON on Jul 07, 2011 12:22 PM  | Hide replies

We the Indians should not feel about United States as our future ally. The neighbours like China or Pakistan can be trusted but not USA.It creates differences to dispose it's rusted arms to the poor countries, shows aggressive actions against poor and weak nations. In the name of terrorism it tries to dominates the countries like Libya,Honduras and many more nations. It's prime goal is to divide and sell the arms.USA is trying to come closer to India showing China as Demon,Pakistan as Terrorist nation. We the Indians know about USA how it was during Ronald Reagan's administration time by more sanctions regarding nuclear fuel and accessories. It is coming to India just because of it's economic poor condition.QDYp8

US has always believed in the use and throw philosophy. US was never India's friend and indeed will never be. Let us use each other as much as possible. Russia and Israel, and south Africa to an extant are true all weather friends. I would consider France a more friendly country than US.

US has be unfriendly towards India ever since Independence. From liberation of Goa to 71 war, to a silent spectator of Pakistan's nuke ambitions. Proxy War (Cross border terrorism) from Pakistan, now when their own asses are on fire they act. Take whatever best US has to offer and leave the muck out.

America has always cheated India with its double standards and always trying to bully us on everything even terrorism. Now with Economic development India does not need America beyond a point. We have developed with our Hard work. America is always the most worried nation when Wiki leaks opens its new chapters.
