Yes ! I do agree with you ! So far Govt. has not yet taken a suitable step. most of the victims are the students of N.E. region! To Hell with this Govt !
Indian govt has more concern for other countries on map than its own country people. Today Delhi as the capital is well known as city of rape. Making and implementing strict laws without corruption can protect its country women to some extend can curb the culprits from doing such acts, but the govt is not interested.

Now China after managing its own country well dare to look at Indian province Arunachal Pradesh, but Indian govt is dumb and timid like PM, Pakistan after gobbling preoccupied kashmir dare to look upon kashmir of India. What does the Indian govt gain by this?
