Most of these northi babarians are from sex starved state of Haryana, Punjab & Rajasthan also Western UP. These men have killed most of the female in the womb and now they are roaming the roads of Delhi with sex in their minds.
Where women are taken forcibly by the rapist in Daytime and most of the cases are done infront of police! now the administration is thinking to introduce chilligun for the poor women !Shame on the Govt.They have admitted it that they are undone to these rapists !
This must be a joke! You are not able to save your own IAS officer's life and what is even more cunning on your part is that you are acting very slowly in punishing the devils involved. Stone them to death in Public after suspending them from a tree. There is no need for a court or trial. It is wasting public money. Act now.Shameless government.
