It is the top beurocrats and police officers to introspect. Such elements have sprade their wings due to the blind eye lent by this cadre succumbing to pressures from the polical fraternity.
We can infer from this devillish Act that honesty is on the pyre and only goons have their day.Government, if it has an iota of concern for the honest officers,should move quickly and bring to the mafia to book along with its roots of support
Seems like Bihar is marching towards progress and prosperity while Maharashtra is trying to ensure that India doesn't miss Bihar!!! Crime rates are going up every passing day and there are no signs of things improving... I only hope that authorities and people governing the state realize it sooner than later and take necessary steps...
