I think Dwiwedi has asked his wife to give such statement given the fact that he has been cornered by law and very much likely to be prosecuted for the crime he has committed... Hope the court ensures this criminal gets punished else, there would be one more incident like Bihar MLA...

It seems she could not get some from her husband. Just because she was not getting it does not mean he is impotent. He was having his fun while she had to put it up with his excuse.... I suggest, she take a test herself and if indeed it raises to the occasion, she should take revenge for depriving her her marital right for the last 18 years.... I suggest Bobbiting ....
