So if there is a case of corruption against any MLAs or politicians and our CBI questions the source of income, then these wife's will come out with similar answers and say that the source of income is prostitution. The judge will put a fine of Rs. 2000/= (just gussed teh max fine for prostitution) and leave these politicians walk free. O GOD, did I give these politicians a loop HOLE for escaping LAW in India?

Good point. In fact, this seems to have become a trend and a way to come out "clean" on the rape/sexual charge. Earlier (the so called) Swamy Nithyananda and now this MLA.
Surely, the days are not far when these politicians or crooks will use prostitution as the source of ill gotten wealth.
How come this statement made now after so long time? Trying to save her husband on false ground. Both should be punished.
DNA test can be conducted now but there is a chance that UP police and time itself has wash out the facts. UP Police is master in washing out facts delebrately / non-delebrately - look in Arushi murder case.
Court should look in any crime conducted by Beurocrats more strictly.
Shame on Mayavati - thu thu .. claiming as Dalits' Leader .. She herself is a lady ..
Being patient of sugar and blood pressure and problems with left kidney does not mean that the person is impotent. He MAY "die" (because of heart failure) while doing it but he can't be impotent. Secondly, is it rape or not if someone goes in and out only once? Anyone? By the way, this action will put not much pressure on his heart. According to me rape is still a rape even if the person is medically "less" fit because rape is definitely traumatic for the victim.
