Does agriculture mean only rice, wheat, pulses and sugarcane? With the rising food prices, our Sharad Pawar says he is "just agriculture minister in charge of only rice, wheat, pulses and sugar and he cannot be held responsible for the rising prices of tomatoes, onions. Does Sharad Pawar believe that onions and tomatoes are not agriculture?
