Deepak Pillai zindabad! Let's start Indian National Army III as a political organisation.
The changes made are not that significant & do not matter much for the public as almost all the crucial portfolios continue to be held by the same parliamentarians. It is not clear as to what great purpose is achieved by these minor changes except in case of Jaipal Reddy who is shifted to Petroleum & Natural gas portfolio.Even here too,it is not clear as to whether this means an elevation to Reddy or a typical "Dhrithrashtra's hug" with a hidden objective of making him unpopular & detestable by the people for simple sensitivity of the price of petrol & its by products tilting towards ever rising trend-particularly in the context of Reddy's being rumoured as a potential CM for AP- especially as one hailing from Telangana.Though it is expected that with the ensuing budget nearing its presentation in less than 40 days, there would not be any change in the incumbency of the finance minister,it is a surprise that much talked expectation of shifting the Home Minister-Chidambaram who became the target of criticism for the alleged hurriedness in announcing "the initiation of process" for Telangana separate statehood, has gone wrong. This could be owing to a strong reason that the issue is still alive & has,in fact, become a harder nut to crack for the UPA govt as Krishna Commission suggested several options leaving the Congress, the main partner in the UPA govt in a quandary

No the change happend since Oil & Gas & Roads are 2 Minstries which had huge complaints of kick-backs...the Ministers are experts in fund raising for the party & their families incl the Junior Minster in O&G...these would have boomeranged soon which is why they have been changed and more saner people like Reddy & CP Joshi brought in

Dear Shravan! No,no!!Not that I should learn precis writing;it is the other way.You should take a course on presentation of a crtitical review.I can aslo write the type of -"Rama is good.He goes to the school daily>He is regular in goind>He is taken by his father. He comes also for lunch etc..english.But that is not an elderly & matured way of writing.

Having successfully destroyed and made bankrupt the two ultra profit making 100% govt owned airlines, Praful Patel gets new and bigger role from our intelligent Prime Minister. Now all PSUs would be reporting to him and he is ready with his plans for each industry as to how to destroy that one.

"PENALTY on LAVASA" a reward in disguise offered by Congress to
1) Dhirubhai Ambani 2) Lavasa 3) And many in the past.
Basically dictionary meaning of the word "PENALTY" as far as India Law is concerned should be changed .i.e.,
"PENALTY"=LICENSE TO BREAK LAW AND IMPORT CORRUPTION AND MAKING LIFE OF COMMAN MAN MISERABLE,WHO CANNOT AFFORD PENALTY
THANKS TO SHARAD PAWAR, MMS, RAHUL G., SONIA G.
UNBELIEVABLE, THIS IS THE SAME CONGRESS WHO HAD A MAJOR ROLE IN INDEPENDENCE.
doesn't look like anything changed ! most are where they were. Specially the Agriculture with Sharad pawar for failing to control food prices. So this is another display of powerless, failure of the so-called genious MMS and Sonia. They just didnt have the guts to remove any body despite glaring failures.
