it would be better some schaffer advise pakistan how to run country than he has courage to advise india. us is constantly supporting pakistan though they are involving in terrorist activities. it is better rediff better remove this useless schaffer comments and focus on other indian problems.
Ms. Schaffer are your talking about India should reach to resolve the preoccupied Kashmiri by Pakistani. If you don't know any history of Kashmir please don't talk in any of our India's matter. How Pakistan is concerned in any of India's matter, after liberation and formation of a individual country from India? Kashmir was not a part of Pakistan and pushing away the original kashmiri pandits of their own motherland by infiltering the separatist they can't call for separation of Kashmir from India. Kashmir is a state of India and will remain the state of India.

1. abolish art 370 2. rehabilitate kashmiri pandit 3. merge various population centres 4. redraw assembly segments according to size & population 5. take stern action against seperatists & their left liberal cousins. FIRST ASSERT-PEACE IS BOUND TO COME

Before preaching to India you should solve your countries problems. What about cuban relationship, what about Iran relationship, you made a mess in Iraq,now you are going to play something with India.
Schaffer is right, either we must merge Kashmir for ever, i.e. people from main land can be shifted and in number game, Kashmiris must be brought to equal or in minority as has happened in Delhi or in Mumbai etc., else face the trouble and befool people.
