Govt of india want problem to resolve on its own and thats ShitFuckingFoolish approach.
I had a back pain and wanted it to die down automatically but it did not, and i suffered from pain for one week. once i applied medicine it resolved in two days.
Let the world shout, when you have power, try to solve it, study the problem and resolve , if demography is root of problem then - change it, if infiltration is issue - stop it, if law and order is an issue handle it,
no one can administer without using force even you can not control your home without using some force and some dialog. both are missing here.
let remind people of tiny area called valley that you can complain about the human rights, you can complain about law and order , you can complain about development BUT you can not complain about the where you belong.

You have no idea about Truth. Please do not compare with Kashmir and Pakistan the other matters.
Bosnia was one of the provinces of former Yugoslavia and all the provinces are now free - Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia. The three had different populations and all three decided to separate.. Europeans accepted to give Bosnia freedom than continue with the bloodshed. Philippines & Thailand is a reaction of the local Muslims to the creation of East Timor as a country in Indonesia. Their thinking is now if a christian majority part is made a separate country we will also carve separate countries out of muslim majority areas. In your list only China and India is an internal matter

we can leave Valley subject to- 1. Pak declare itself a secular country 2.Amend its constitution giving equal rights to minorities as it is in India 3. At least for 10 years show good conduct
if they could develop themself as secular country then we can vacate Kashmir valley

You are trying to tell Indian army will vacate.. No all Kashmiris (Pandits) must be settled back in Kashmir first and then Kashmir must be made a secular buffer state. This means they will be autonomous but not independent. Independence can be granted only if Pakistan agrees to conditions you mentioned., because then their indirect influence will be positive.

Why only Hyderabad And Junagarh? India comprised of over 650 PrincelyState before August 15, 1947. Let us divide the countrty again in to 650 pieces!!!
Mr. schaffer wants India to do what US does throughout the world. As regards Kashmir, why should India talk to Pakistan? This is an internal matter for India. Moreover, Pakistan is not in the habit of creating problems for India and not solving any.

You are right, but why Govt. is playing double standard, Why people from other parts of the country cannot settle including the family members o those soldiers who are killed in saving Kashmir.
There can be two suggestions to resolve Kashmir issue. 1. As it is neither India nor Pak are going to evacuate the part of Kashmir ever. So let the LOC be considered as border. 2. Both India and Pak evacuate Kashmir and liberate Kashmir and form a soverign state without accession to any of the two countries.
I think one of the above two should be acceptable to both parties. Because how long the two neighbouring countries will keep on fighting ? No one is benefiting from this. The progress of both the countries is being hampered. I don't understand why the governments of the two countries can not think wisely.

The leader and the people of India should have gutts to solve the problem. Once we decide even Pakistani will say that they are Indian and Pakistan is part of India.
The same Americans raged war against the southern states of America and fought bitterly to keep the country united. Our givernments weak Pakisthna policy and the impotenatnt approach of cowardice has made many in the world to believe that Kashmir is indeed a problme. Actullay Kashmir is not a problem .Muslim extremism of fanatic religious belifs is the real problem in the world . Kashir is also a ramification of the same religious intolerance . Unfortunately the world intelestia is so scared of these Jihadi elements and the extrmists atht they do not dare open their mouth against them for thay know they wouild be killed or their hands and legs chooped off. The Muz....m teror is the root cause of the Kashmir and all the problmes in the world today . The rrot for all these evil is Porki..than
who is right & who was wrong is decided by history which is written by the winner. So everybody wants to be a winner in Kashmir, and using violence & deceit as per convenience
