Does he represent congress..... he took the post as directed by madam.... even in this tenure, he did not contest the election as MP....because madam dont want to make any political base for his employee (PM)....so she did not allow his to contest..... Most of the ministers in UPA 2 knows the reality and take our poor PM very lightly.... though he is a gentleman.....but he is helpless.....

and start talking about development and equality. If you are a party for India future, focus on poverty, population, development and corruption. Why the hell are you so interested in Ram Mandirs and communal things. Did Lord Shri Ram begged u to construct a Ram temple in ayodhya
