In some cases , victims like Rupum should target slightly below the abdomen .. sharper the knife higher changes of a achievement .

From now people will think twice before committing such crime that she can also commit such thing. This should be assume as alarm for our judicial process. If they do not punish them there is somebody who will punish them.

no no we are not doing wah wah. but instead we are shocked. This is true that high profile people save himself using their profile and normal people do not get justice. This step was taken because somebody has no faith on our judicial process.

The Party who is proudly saying "Bharat Mata" is not respecting this "Matha" - Double Standard of Parivar Party! Now, they are praying for the thousands of their "Nethas" who are doing similar acts!!!
If they cannot respect and honor a woman who is fighing for justice and who is helpless - how is this party going to protect the thousands of woman in our country in each constituency!!
This MLA put obstacles in every step of the way of this poor school teacher who was raped by this MLA! Rupam was deeply hurt and wanted to fight for justice! First, the police and the Judges all contributed to her agony and pain!! Then she realised she cannot win against a Parivar who is in power!! Because, if she allege the criminal against his crime, she would be branded as "Congress Person" nay "Congi person", "agent of Congi" or a "Paki" or as "mad woman ploting against the MLA for money" etc etc. She knew the risks in front of her! She sensed her life is in danger and she was not ready to just give it away!! She decided to fight for the thousands of woman harassed by political criminals! She decided to make sure no woman is harassed by political "Netha" in future! She wanted to dedicate her precious life for the helpless womanhood! She represents the honor-starving woman of our country!
She decided to fight her way! Her husband was hired by the Privar to make fake statements against her! She realised she became victimised inside out by the respected "Parivar Netha"! She decided to kill a Ravana by herself!!

Rupam Pathak is a like a Jhansi Rani! When she was sexually harassed by the BJP MLA, she protested and reacted! To protect against an atrocity committed against a woman is her birth right! She was not a kind of person ready to eat the bullet and silently bear the brunt!
Rupam knew the Criminal is an influential Political figure in the BJP who is in power! She knew, raising an issue with a BJP Political person, she would be branded as "Congress person" or a "mad woman"!! She also knew that she would be killed by any mad Parivar to save their leader!! But her resolve was firm! She wanted to fight for the womanhood! She wanted to make sure no other woman should be harassed in future at the hands of Parivar or any other mad outfit!! What a similarity with a Chinese case. A few years ago there was a Chinese girl who was working in massage house. One dag three local govt official came in and started to molest her. In defense and hurry, the girl picked up a knife and stabbed one official to death. She was arrested, but got support from millions and millions of Chinese people and many lawyers wanted to defend her freely. She was finally freed by the court for self defense.
