Still the courts have to decide the real reason behind the Murder of Evil BJP MLA. I think Ms. Pathak is one of the brave woman who just cannot take no more of this cruelity of sexual harassment from the people of power. Its sad that Law didnot do anything to the evil BJP MLA when he was alive and harrassing innocent women like Ms. Pathak. There could be many..I am sure these criminals will not be satisfied with only one women..They are evil predators. But you know what, she is a true hero if her story is true...definitely a bollywood film script is here.

All INDIAN WOMEN should be compulsory made to see the move of Shri Prakash Jha ----- Mrityudand.
Its a good movie regarding a woman's awakening to her rights and honour...........
Our Judicial System is a true maze. It is such a clumsy process that if a person has patience, it can take years, century........
Only our "so called now Developed Country" the judicial system is slow (infact why only judicial? Other agencies involved in maintaining law and order, discipline in society, equality etc. are also slow and very slow to react)..................
And, we are going to develop and have potential to see eye to eye to CHINA and world???? I hope I am not dreaming.......
With such political rot in the country, what kind of Brave, Reputed Leaders INDIA?????????????????

Indian politicians should take note. You can not get away with rape, murder, stealing and all shorts of corruption. An Indian woman has more courage than the napunshak Indian men who do not have any moral courage to fight for justice.
But protection must be given only to those MLAs, like Raj Kishore Keshari, and his men who have been accused of repeatedly raping for minimum three years principaled women like Rupam Pathak.

I applaud this brave lady who did a great job of finishing off this criminal which the law would not have done even if a case was filed ag him.
The MLAs and MPs of UP and Bihar are notorious for all these kind of activities. Its a pity that this lady was in turn badly thrashed by this lumpen MLA's supporters.
So you need to kill the criminal so that a probe may begin. Is this the visionary CM that media always talks about? Even Laloo or Jaganath Mishra could have used this much "intelligence".
I am very disappointed the the MLA got such a hasty death. Would have been great if he had become vegetable. That would have been a befitting punishment, for he could have witnessed first-hand the evils of wrong-doing.
Perhaps at somepoint of his life later, he would have realized the futility of his existence and confessed his hineous crime...
Anyway, I just hope many more citizens get warmed up to this new reality that in this country, every one is on his own and has to 'do the needful'.

yes.. he shuld have suffered in agony n then died cause he would realise his sins.. this was easy escape for him
