Since the accused is a lady and she has levelled rape charges for past 3 years by the MLA and his goons, we all of sudden feel sympathetic for this lady. This lady could be correct. But my big question: Why did she keep silence for past 3 years? World knows Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar, holds Janta Darbar and very brilliantly addresses problem of every single person, 2-3 times a week. Why did not she appear there?
Therefore, it is must to conduct an enquiry and find out the real story.

the cops were not even ready for file FIR.. and accused was in politics himself... nitish n his darbar cannot fix everything..
This is a very good news and all international media, countries need to award this woman. The indian government has completely failed to give justice to the common man. In fact all indian politicians should be persecuted in the international courts & hanged to death. India is much worse to the poor and primitive africa when it comes to poverty, disease, death and hunger. It is universally true that Indians are the most dirty race on earth, smelly with little civic sense. Indian politicians deserve to be killed by its own people on account of the slow justice process. Right from the top to meagre poor politicians are involved in the harassment of poor & women. The woman deserves to be honoured by the UN, USA, UK and all developed countries for having courage to fight the indian law. In a population of over a billion people, all indian men deserve to dance with bangles on streets, while the brave indian women like this one needs to be given a Noble prize.

Expect action from Sushma Swaraj who still remains quiet in the BJP, suffering all harassment like this woman for small amount of cash.
It was only a matter of time.With the politicians,bureaucrats and the police abusing their powers and no hope from the judiciary, this had to happen. And this will now happen more frequently.It is time for the common man to strike back.Not a desirable situation, but what to do if the common man is abused with no hope of justice from any where.

You are 100% correct. People should come forward to deal such things on their own instead of depending onothers. No justice we get from the govt.
With such great Indian Leaders we are going to wipe out corruption, etc. Control Prices of onion, sugar etc. And, these great leaders are going to take on CHINA and make INDIA a better place to live and instill a sense of pride among INDIANS.
