It seems there has been a serious miscarriage of injustice. eminent lawyers want to now fight the case clearly highlighting the pathetic grounds on which Dr Sen has been imprisoned and implicated? we in India need to have a speedy systen where cases can be resolved and if requried there should be fast track courts where people can claim damages from the govt for ruining their lives Unless we have movements and media that highlight such scams in police, CBI, this country will cease to be a democracy. We in fact need a two or three party politics for a powerful government with powerful policies. We should crush anti-nationals, who so ever it may be, politicians,so called NGOs, or social activists...
