Here there are so many comments abusing Dr Binayak sen and his family. Is the judiciary in this country absolutely fair? The son in law of former Chief Justice of India Mr.KG Balakrishnan is now facing vigilance probe in Kerala for amassing unaccounted wealth. It has been exposed that he took crores of rupees from the Corporates simply in the name of his father in law. This directly proves the involvement of Mr Balakrishnan. Manorama News exposed this by showing the palatial house this crook is building in Kerala. From top to bottom this country is corrupt.

Justice Balakrishnan does not make the judiciary. Even if there are allegations against him, there are many many honest and upright people in our Judiciary and political system, that's what makes India tick and prosper. Dr Sen could have been victimised, but there are legal courses to correct this and India probably has the best judicial system in the world to bail him out. But this does not give his stupid family or anyone else the right to pass their biased opinion about our country. Ig they have the balls to do so, then the state must get brutal with such nitwits. After all, the likes of Arundhati Roy and Mrs Sen speak the same language used by scum like LET or JUD. The irony is that we are still patient with such kind of people. Freedom of speech does not mean that such lunatics can verbally pee on India and get away with it.

Mr Balakrishnan is just a cross section of the state of Judiciary in this country. Common man is aware of this because they are seeing this everywhere. CBI has been dealt a blow today by the income tax tribunal for giving a clean chit to Quattorochi in Bofors case. The image of a reputed agency like CBI which directly comes under the Prime minister got tarnished. This has been the state of affairs in this country.

If Justice Balakrishnan is a cross section of our country's judiciary, then the people like Arundhati Roy and Dr Sen are also a cross section of the waste in this country!! There are many many wrong things existing in India, but that gives no one the handle to beat it. For all we know, Justice Balakrishnan may also escape any action...but dim witted and loose talking "intellectuals" like Mrs Sen cannot hide their shortcomings behind this. India is probably too good for such parasites and we can be a better place if such loonies get out!!

You are of the view that however corrupt the country may be one cannot express one's opinion. Strange outlook! Your views are only emotional and not factual. Fundamental rights has given everyone the freedom of expression. Mrs Sen is expressing what she thought and what her family went through. She hasn't uttered anything anti national. She knew Mr Sen more than anyone else. Let it be right or wrong. But you are wrongly targeting a person for giving her opinion which according to you is 'biased'. How you know that her view is 'biased'? I only want to tell that India is a corrupt country (including Judiciary) and you agreed with me by telling that 'There are many many wrong things existing in India'. That's it......

You don't know the details. The Son in Law of Mr. Balakrishnan is a ordinary lawyer not at all famous. He was also holding an important post in the youth congress of Kerala. The corporates hired him as a consultant. Why the corporates in the first place appoint an ordinary lawyer as a consultant when they can hire the reputed and famous lawyers of the country????? Simply because he happened to be the son in law of the Chief justice of India. The palatial house he is building has been found to be registered in the name of the younger brother of Mr.KG Balakrishnan. While you comment on anything please try to understand the details before commenting.
