Has Afzal Guru been hanged even after SC's final verdict? Did he commit a lesser crime? I can bet this third rate UPA will not hang Kasab for next 3/4 years & leave it to opposition who will come to power then. If any Hindu is convicted by HC for Malegaon/Mecca Masjid or Samjhauta blasts, UPA would hang him over night.When they do so UPA would claim & seek muslim votes. Its pathetic & time for Indians to throw Congress/UPA in Hind Mahasagar for ever.

I also never heard any chaddi or supporter got hanged; lastly even Darasingh who killed the missionary was to be hanged but now changed to life-imprisonment

If that is the thing then why UPA didnt hanged DaraSingh who killed missionary and why his death penalty was changed to life imprisonment???
Friends, don't worry, Kasab will not hang during our lives time. He will now go on appeal to the Supreme Court. That will take quite a long time. Assume the Supreme Court will uphold the death verdict. Kasab will then petition the President. Our Madam President, being the loving mother she is, in consultation with another mother Sonia,may decide to pardon Kasab. Assume she rejects his mercy petition. Now Kasab's fate is sealed. Now Manish,Kapil and Moily will say that since there are many other convicts ahead of Kasab,we cannot fast track his case. Since Congress believes in vote bank politics, no decision will be taken. By this time, the victims grandchildren will have also become old and Kasab would be an old man. He would curse his fate and regret his not dying with the other terrorists and envy them for enjoying with virgins in paradise. Finally, he will die of old age and the sad chapter of 26/11 would be closed.
Why the other two traitors Ansari and Ahmed are acquitted. Is our Indian judicial system encouraging such act of traitor who drawed maps of targets and handed them to LeT, to attack the site and kill the innocent. If traitor are placed at security post how will the country be secured. The Indian judicial system should not support and encourage such traitors, and deport them to Africa or Pakistan and not allow them to live more in country. It will set an example to several traitors pass on the confidential info, or drawing maps to be targets and easily get acquitted. NO SUCH TRAITORS SHOULD NOT BE ACQUITTED EASILY.

Death penalty is an easy freedom of these types of peoples because they have no fear of death, if they have fear of death why they come to India. He should be punish in such a manner that he everyday ask God for death daily. Moreover, Muslims fundamentalist thinks they are only representative of God other communities or religions are just like animals
i think nothing gona happen, we have Afzal guru who was awarded death sentence in 2005 (it 6 years's now) and he is still alive...for kasab still supreme court is pending, than president....he will enjoy biryani on tax-payer's money for atleast 10 years....and above all cong. will not dare to punish him for its vote-bank (as is happening in Afzal guru's case)...

yeah! even u and i would never had biriyani so many times in our life time. Afzal and Kasab must be happy with their present status. Terrorist outfits would have guaranteed them comfortable and royal life if they are caught, could be because of this reason Kasab was indifferent to the verdict.

kabeer, learn your english properly and write comments. What is wrong in it? Say, if an injured batsman, if his name is tendulkar, and news comes, tendulkar will play, what does it means? do you ask the question tendulkar will play whom? common man, use your common sense and brain. Have you got any? or only that book feeds you brain?
