Yes. These people will support them till Kasav like people start killing their loved ones. Already it started in Pak.
It will take may be another 10 yr to hang kasab, coz now the case will go to Supereme court & he is convicted there, then it will go President for Clemency. Till then we have to wait & treat this bast--d.

not sure if it can be more than 10 years, but definitely congress will try to push it after 2014, i.e., after general elections. for them only power matters, nothing else.

it is better to release him so that we can save the money to be spent on him. POOR Indiaa law.
In UPA Govt its an inherent law to maintain a tight balance when it comes to Minority issues, Kasab will be hanged, he better, but lets acquit the other two! Justice calculated!

Gitanjali... I do belive he should be hanged...and Supreme court will also uphold the order given by Mumbai HC...but...what if he will plea to PRESIDENT of India...where there already 28 to 30 files pending...so Kasab is gonna live again on our money atleast for another 10 years....

there is no use in hanging him as real masterminds like dave headley,laqvi,hafiz saeed are still beyond the reach of Indian law

kasab can appeal in Supreame Court and then madam sonia and madam pratibha patil will decide if he is illegible for mercy.... like older cases the co-ng-ress will not hang the guy for vote bank politics and keep the whole thing in cold storage

This is not the last verdict... he can go to suprreme court. If Supreme court also uphelds this verdict then he can appeal for clemency to President... this will go on & on & on... We're already feeding one Afzal Guru & now will feed Kasab as well..
Does saving ur client mean lieing to the court...solkar very well knows kasab killed people and how can he put up a argument saying no his face was morphed....heights of stupidity....JAI HO congress
