Issue is very simple.How he got cnverted Indian Rupees in Dollars?All the people involved in organising such events and paying unaccounted money are the actual culprits.They should be put behind bars. Its a great shame that a Pakistani Rahat getting so much coverage in Media and all officers n Secretary/Home affairs, Govt. of India wasting their time to save such person. If any Indian artist had to face same situation in Pakistan, even any Indian officer would have not bothered at all and would have said " saala gaya kyun Pakistan, sadne Do use, Marne do wahan", its our Indian tendency for our own people.
Its all anti national Parties SP, BSP, JD(U) Congress who are exerting presssure on different agencies to make free Rahat at any cost. Its appeasement policy. The Govt. not willing to hang even Afzal Guru convicted by supreme Court in Parliament attack case.

If it were an Indian to have faced the very situation in Pakistan, would he have received such a decent treatment after violating the rules? It's unfair to let him off when prima faci case was made out against him!

Is there anyone to file a PIL in Supreme Court for the favor shown to him? You are right if any Indian would have been arrested for the same crime in Pakistan our Home Minister would not have bothered to take up the issue the way Pakistan Govt.took it. And what to say of our MMS? He would not had the sleep less nights he usually has when any Muslim is arrested be it in Australia or India however serve the crime is. After all Muslims are the first citizen in India. Jai (AMIN) ho Secularism.
India is plumbing the depths due to the cowards at helm. Even pak is pressurizing India to release criminals whereas Pak will never arrest Dawood and ilk.... A few more years to these cowarsds and India will surely break into a hundred pieces. And maybe the Indian foolish voters deserve it.

Along with the dignitaries named above we should hand over Afzal Guru & Kasab and Mr. Jagan will surely bring back Dawood. Let Mr.JGN aloso be handed over to Pakistan as they need people like him more than us.
