That's what ths stance is... The likes of Shiv Sena thrive on nuisance value. Like in any other part of the world, a handful of their thugs can make it look like the entire city is immersed in thuggery. The Shiv Sena's first cousins in Pakistan -- the Taliban and Mullahs -- too have the same strategy. In elections they hardly get a handful of votes. But out of sheer volubility, these lunatics all the press they need.

The new generation Aditya Thackeray is from Campion School, one of the costliest and most upbeat English Medium Schools in Mumbai, imbibing in himself all the best from West. Perhaps that gives explanation for favourable change in mindset.

People who compare Shiv Sena with Taliban can be said to be suffering from serious cognitive deficits.

The Tiger always roared at Shivaji Park and disappeared in his bedroom leaving his mindless , illiterate thugs on the streets of Mumbai ....Even during Emergency when whole of Opposition stood up against Indira Gandhi he shamelessly called her Reincarnation of Durga to avoid imprisonment and to save his skin ..... ...He is a coward who provokes his illiterate "fans" and then quitely retires into his drawing room to enjoy the tamasha ....Neven saw him leading the pack ...
