Team Anna is right.Judiciary should be brought under the ambit of Lok Pal.We should not treat it as a holy cow.Prashant/Shanti Bhushan were correct in their assessment on CORRUPTION in judiciary.

Do you want police state. Lokpal and his staff will be one of us and if they are become corrupt (which is very likely) whom would you go to
Who decides what is derogatory - certainly the Govt. and ruling dispensation. Any criticism of people in power would become derogatory like the way it was during Emergency. The immediate target seems to be the anti corruption movement which helped create awareness among people.

Anna himself said he would include members from all religions and minorities in his committee..? Isn't that a reservation too? How Anna can oppose it now.
