Anyone in a democratic country has the freedom to take legal action on anything. Some Russians members of the Orthodix Church took legal action against Bhagwat Gita, but not the Russian Government it self.

Yep, you're right, it is a piece of News, frankly, I found that hard to believe at first, but whatever.
Its a Telegraph piece about children refusing food from Dalit cooks at a school in AP in the late Maoist, Kishenji's home district.
