This is my planet and it is named as Anarth. I am the dummy prime minister of it.I cannot do anything because I was told,at the time of my selection, not to try to do any job. I read newspapers all day and sign wherever the powerful hands behind me ask me to. Do'nt ask me the silly question "why do'nt you resign". The chair is very comfortable and facilities are tremendous.
Seems US is trying to fool the world again (just like they fooled during the MOON LANDING FIASCO. The truth ahs already come out that the landing was studio-staged.

When planning Security we have to understand that real/unreal threats and conspiracy theories may be infinite but the resources to deal with all threats we can imagine will always be limited. Thus we need to prioritise threats by logically and scientifically analysing them, guessing the probability of a threat being materialised and allocate the resources adequately to deal with it.
Although probability of alien contact is rare but its always better to assume that aliens might exist and put some resources/planning in place to deal with the threat. Few centuries ago, people in the remote continents were not prepared for alien contact, so they become completely dependent on mercy of incoming aliens and an incoming alien might be good/bad depends upon your luck.
Completely depending upon luck for Security is very bad planning, if you got a capacity to give a punch back, any alien will think twice before hitting you and will lean more towards bargaining and making compromises.
Understanding Psychology
The good aliens most likely have evolved their technology honestly and by themselves, so the time they took to develop their technology also gave them time to understand, How to use it wisely and thoughtfully ?
If we go closer or attack the good aliens, most likely their first response would be to just go for a show of force and limiting themselves to self-defence, rather than hurting us because they know they are in our territory.

Bad aliens would attack at the first opportunity and leave no stone un-turned to over-power us. Their knowledge about the technology they using, mostly likely would be raw and stolen from the good aliens on their home planet.
Other scenario is aliens are too kind to imprison criminals, so they deport the criminals to some lesser developed worlds. More advance a place is more advanced are the criminals, so its always better to have patience and take your time to make judgment and not fall for tricks and intimidation.

Before carrying on further, I would remind the readers that I am not some Phd Scientist or expert in the field, thus if my assumptions looks silly, please forgive me with a big laugh !!
As Light travel at different speed in different mediums, means that friction of the medium affects the speed of light and properties of the medium depends upon its atomic structure, which is the unique way in which atoms are arranged in the molecule.
In empty space, matter is not present but radiation is present to provide friction, by assuming that light will travel at constant speed in empty space, we are assuming that radiation is homogenous in the Space and thus completely ignoring the Interference principle, which states that radiation will form Maximas and Minimas while travelling away from the interfering sources.
Few months ago some Scientist observed that neutrinos seems to break the speed of light barrier, it may be due to the setting of the experiment. The empty space deep within the mountain where experiment was conducted may be more emptier that the naturally occurring empty space in the sky, thus providing lesser friction to any particle moving in it.

If we try to visualize radiation distribution in deep space, it might be like alternate mountains and valleys in deep space. If there are mountains than it also opens up the possibility for a inter-stellar river hidden among those mountains. If any matter falls in this river, than it can travel almost at an infinite speed as the resistance is almost zero because radiation present in this Space is almost zero.
Due to difference in friction and gravity, it take weeks to move a log of wood through the mountains but it take just hours to transfer the same log through the river. If the intensity of radiation in localised Space affects the speed of light then same scenario might be possible in deep space and aliens might use almost zero radiation areas for inter-star travel!
Such news keeps on appearing time to time for offering credits to some scientist but they are useless as we common people can never verify the truth behind such discoveries.

Not really. This indicates our universe so vast, there must be life on many planets. More importantly, it shows how shallow the monotheistic faiths are to claim Earth is the center of universe, etc. Once Science rules supreme, people will get more sensible and get rid of monotheistic religions, and live more harmoniously.
I think already people must be busy in chalking out the plans for acquiring and using the planet. Will it be used as a place to send all terrorists or will all super rich use it as resort. In short time people will fight on racial, religion lines even in the new planet.
