4 Years in decision making!!
by SupaGeek on Aug 10, 2011 03:08 PM  | Hide replies

It boggles one's mind to read that the person was convicted by Delhi High Court in 2007 and was awarded a death penalty, it took 4 years for the Supreme Court to finally decide on this case! Although I have enormous respect and faith in our judicial machinery but the time delay is appalling!!

May b the government should consider increasing the number of benches right from the city level courts to the Supreme Court. Also, a hike in salary of the judicial staff may be considered to encourage them expdite the judicial procedings.

There will be no Pakistan by 2050, it will divided into Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjub, Waziristan etc. All these small countries will then declare a UJK (United Jehad Kingdom) which will exist on paper but not on ground.
