So,will the same apply to the Prime Minister in case of the LokPal bill ? After exemption of 7 years,there can be no action taken against PM as he will be 'No longer holding public office' at that point of time...?

Good point. This guy SH is an ideological stooge of CONgress et al. This is to no way suggest that Yeddy should have gone unpunished but how can we have different yardsticks for different people? As per SH, now since yeddy has resigned, all his sins are washed away.. This guy SH is a propagandist and had his 2 minutes of fame. His actions post leaking of report were shameful to say the least.
