There is always a negative news and a positive news..rediff normally picks up the negative one...

Media should not work like a peon, just pick up posts from other news agencies to excite people, rather media should do its own invetigative journalism to find out whether puppet king is bold enough to do a nuclear test? Should ask Sonia madam,is India really planning for such tests ?

You mean they should have a dummy democracy where people like Sharad Pawar,Sonia Maino,Karunanidhi rules the roost ?

Where 42% people survive under 1.3 dollar per day income ?

Where leaders come to power by fooling people in the name of religion, caste and state ?

Where roads are pot holed, child labour and exploitaion continues, where honour killing is honoured, where boys sell themselves like g0at like dowries?

Where 55 crores people still illiterate ?

Where it has a battalion of poor people of the size of even more than African subcontinent ?

I think we should worry about our nation then any other country...

Chinese are very smart in playing double games than Americans. Indians don't have time to see issues around the border countries.

Indian are fighting for corruptions and anti corruptions.

We should Welcome China, US, or UK
by R on Apr 28, 2011 09:18 AM

We should welcome China and get rid of corruption. In China corrupt people are penalized severely. If China comes, not only corruption will go away, we will also start growing faster. It will benefit all the persons, specially the poor. If China is not interested, we should welcome US, UK. The British rule was very good compared to Congress rule.

China claims breakthrough in ties with India
by om shanti on Apr 28, 2011 09:13 AM  | Hide replies

BEIJING, April 27 – China today said a “new breakthrough” has been achieved in its military relations with India, noting that a high-level Indian defence delegation would soon be visiting this country, reports PTI.
“New breakthroughs” and developmental momentum have emerged in Sino-India military ties, Geng Yansheng, a spokesman for the Chinese Defence Ministry, was quoted by the state-run Xinhua news agency as saying.

The visiting delegation of Indian border patrol forces will include officers from several branches of India’s military, Geng said, without providing details.

He was apparently referring to a recent decision by India and China to resume defence exchanges at the meeting between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chinese President Hu Jintao in Sanya on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit.

The multi-command Indian military delegation headed by officer of the rank of Lt General is expected to visit China in June this year.

Gang said that only by observing the guidelines of mutual respect, understanding and accommodation and seeking common ground while reserving some differences, can the two militaries enhance their strategic mutual trust.

The Chinese side will promote exchanges and cooperation with India in various fields and at different levels, he said, highlighting the preconditions of mutual respect for each other’s concerns.
