Chinese, soon to be the largest economy and already a superpower are behaving like sploit brats and have yet to learn how to behave like a responsible superpower. Such ill-tempered outburst were tolerable when they were closed communist economy. But in modern world such undiplomatic outbursts, that too by state media are counterproductive and dont help anyone. India has just as much moral right to test, own and deploy N-weapons as China and anyone else. So this hectoring is an utter waste.
They're very jealous that India's potential surpasses China's. So they try best to stop India's progress before it reaches full level. It's easier to stop a lion when it's still a cub. But Kans could not stop the eighth baby either. What is destined is destined. Chinese cannot stop Bharat.

Anti-India is the policy used by the PakSHITan to even exist in the face of earth. But still Pak will explode/implode in another 2-3 years time due to sectarian/religious/racial tensions and divides.

Is it true that every little child in Pakistan is recommended to call an Arab or a Turk as his/her father? I heard that their leaders think this way they could better establish their Middle eastern identity!
