With corruption now so widespread in India, I think it is much cheaper to build a jail and put the good fellas inside; and all the corrupt ones can stay outside the jail.

All scams like fodder scam,telecom scam under sukhram,boffors scam,tehelka scam etc example of forgetness by media,people of india. All things fixed by govt.,media agency and court of india to misguide people of india.If kalmadi,konimojhi get punishment then we believe there is any law in india.Only Imprisonment is not sufficient.From 64 years polictian come and go in jail(like emergency).
