Even if you have dome some mistake
by siva kumar on Apr 24, 2011 08:04 AM

It is mischievous campaign to blame the civil society members with some or other crime.
First of all they are not in politics hence they couldnot have committed corruption.
Even if they have some mistakes in the past doesnot matter because none of them are going to be made Lokpal.
They are only going to draft the rules and norms the appointment of Lokpal.
We are going to see the drafting process live on TV. We have to see the drafting whether it is correct or not that's all.
As far as the criminal Digvijay is concerned he is the member of the ruling party he can initiate any type of inquiry and take suitable action against the members if he has any substance. That need not come in the way of drafting process.

These Hegdes are from Rajasthan, some of them migrated to Orissa. Both states today are having difficulties.

His father Ramakrishna Hegde has been a BJP member of parliament from Orissa. He never attended his work and made a mess of New Delhi.

How can this man make lokpall bill

One day I met two Hegdes in a mutton shop. They were arguing about not paying for the mutton because it did not have enough Kaleja pieces.

Finally the mutton shop had to close down because of the dispute.

CORRUPTION A NATIONAL SHAME & EVIL

Congratulations Justice Hedge for taking a firm & right decision. It is important to hold on to the sails in a stormy rough weather.Today the countrymen are fed up of this gretest internal enemy which is the greatest shame & an evil.Strong willed, clean image persons must come forward. There may be very many retired Supreme Court judges, untainted bureaucrats, police officers, defenceseniors, sportsmen, educationists, citizens, politicians who distanced themselves off this evil. Our laws may be good but when circumvented for greed of money, power make the person like Dhritrashtra: blind by eyes & a dunce negative brain!Rule of Law & effective timely implementation, execution, deterrent punishment are important. Brought through judiciously, well thought & well conceived - say with a jury :the Lok Pal Bill to take care of every citizen of India is a very receptive & positive solution. N.Vittal in his book Corruption mention of 49 Tax Havens,Bhure Lal spoke about the tax havens during his public addresses,Vice Prez of India,K.R.Naraynan (later Prez.of India) spoke about 5 lakh Crores or so in Swiss Bank decade back.So why shy off from something that wrecked our Nation & made us stooges to foreign power. It is also worth noting the black money trade in India on real estate, jewellery, diamond ornaments, etc that citizens purchase to set off their illgotten money earned,looted/bribes. It is certainly time we cha

There is nothing to congratulate Hegde nor anything to rejoice. Hegde seems to be weak and timid and seems to be shying away from bigger responsibility of fighting corruption. He doesn't realize that he has got an obligation towards the country especially when such a privilege is bestowed on him by providence that he be part of the committe to draft the lokpal bill. Instead of taking the hurdles and tackling them head-on he seems to resort to blackmail. He should be gutsy enough to take the ruthless and corrupt politicians head-on which he failed do. Hope, he shows some grit atleast from now.
