The Hon`ble Supreme Court has granted justice to Binayak Sen. Let us hope, he gets justice lateron too in the final verdict of tne case and the charges so levelled against him, in case his innocence, as being claimed by him,is proved unquestionably . P,.Gautampurkar

Today i heard one similar idiotic comment from that Pranob Dodo.
He said "peepul cre-yate a par-cept-chon that politicians are co-ropt. If i have not seen any co-ropt-chon weeth my owen eyes then howw could i beliv eet"
This Verdict gives boost to every intellectual people who are behind the scene and work hard for noble cause, no matter how others view it. Big Salute to Mr.Binayak Sen and the Honourable Judge who given this Verdict. Rajan
everybody know vinayak sen is prime accused and activist for Nexalite movment but in lack of evidence he granted bail .....after some time kasab abd afzal will also get the bail in lack of evidence ...
If others are against burqa they are wrong, when France bans burqa it is right. When Binayak sen works with naxals he is right. These are the standards of European Union. It is unfortunate that Indian courts are influenced by foreigners' views. Are we really independent?
Naxal sympathisers are being let go even by our Supreme Court!People like Binayak Sen,Vara Vara Rao, Gautam Navalka and sundries openly support Naxalites and have the adaucity to call them " fighters against injustice". Whom are the naxalites targeting? Poor, ill-equipped police constables! They can not take on political establishments which is responsible for the under development or no development of tribal areas, the root cause of Naxalism in the country if we have to believe their professed objective. Dr Binayak Sen will continue to do what he is good at- instigating gullible villagers against the establishment and causing blood-bath,victims being the same poor villagers whom Dr Sen pretends to be defending.Unless Intellectual Naxalites like Sens, raos, Navalkas are eliminated permanenbtly, naxalism will continue to flourish in this country.

naxalism will go when there is social justice. no sen can ask people to keep fighting for years by fooling them .they have been cheated by our so called democracy and it is time for payback.

i am not a lawyer and i am not saying a word about sc verdict. all i am saying is the judges are more qualified than you and they have granted bail and justice prevails!
