But, Corruption free nation is not we can achieve unitedly. What specific thing we need to change has to be in place. Hope Anna Hazare will create a public forum among the indian citizen soon in the form of website. internet is the powerful media among all.. He has to take this agitation to next level by talking to the highly skilled civilians and form a new rule in every department of every activity. Revamping the current rules of panchayat office till collector office is not a big thing.. but need dedication and then achieving one after the other is the step we need to follow.. without having agenda we can't fight for just corruption free..

Agreed with your views. But we need to explain and convince people like Chinlal and Sita Savitri about the utmost necessity of eradicating corruption! Hazare does not seem to have any ulterior motive and self interest in spearheading the movement. In a way he is following the footsteps of nation's father!

You are 100% right .A person who is more literate is more corrupt. highly literate IS highly corrupt WHITE COLLAR CRIMINAL
How can a billion people decide the policies of a country?They can only select some people to do the job for them.And if the entire pool from which the selection is to be done is corrupt then?
Two things are imperative for Indias Progress. 1. Infrastructure development in terms of roads, highways and other public amenities 2. Support growth and welfare of farmers and the agricultural industry as a whole And sadly the future looks bleak in both cases.
IT/BPOs is one major reason why Indias economy has done consistently well for the past 10-15 years. What IT did was to empower and increase the purchase power of the middle and upper middle class. Due to this for many big global corporations (Retail and major Automobile makers) India has become a big market. IT also has pushed other Industries like HOtel, Catering and small time travel companies. These are small and large businesses that have sprung around IT/BPO revolution.
IT happened in India only due to revolution of opening of markets in 92. It was much easier to do Business post 92 because of the free and liberalized economy. Nothing that we see of IT/BPO would have happened if we had continued in the same socialistic ideology.
The current government is a mockery of democracy. Look at the scams we have had. Look at CWG and the 2G scams. Its like all the other scams that had happened for 40 years together doesnt even compare anywhere to these new scams. When it comes to vote, the same government will go to the villages and give the farmers cash and promises and fool them. So finally even the common man is corrupt !
