The only hope for Tamils is Kartik Chidambaram
son of P. Chidambaram who posses all the qualities to become the CM of TN.He is a womaniser and actress Sneha is his keep.
HE HAS GOOD GUNDA POWER. His father P, Chidambaram keeps Jayanthi Natarajan MP as
his concubine.

It is amazing, Karuna, Alagiri, Stalin, Nehru, Kanimozhi, Raja, JJ, PC the list seems endless! Is this the true pic of TN in general?

JC, it is not the true picture of TN, it is only the proverbial tip of the iceberg! After 1967, there has been a steady decline in the character and caliber of people in TN public life. This is basically the culture of the Dravidian parties which has also rubbed off on national parties!

New political party but will you vote for us?
by Dave Law on Apr 13, 2011 08:21 AM  | Hide replies

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to start a political party. The candidates will be young, educated, honest, efficient and accountable. There won't be any cadres for our party, no place for caste and religion, we'll be rewriting the way politics work. More like a professional organisation sans the dirty politics. Our prospects will be mainly dependent on youngsters and honest people who are eagerly waiting for a right alternative. We don't have money, we don't have political family background, we don't own any kind of media or educational institutes. All we have are good intentions, determination, plan and capability to execute them. We'll reach you in some form or other.

But, will you identify us ? will you trust us with your vote ?

Unlimited Storage, the basic problem with these guys is that Cho is a Brahmin. it is for the same reason, Jayalalithaa is being targeted. A person from a community long hounded out of public life being the head of a powerful political outfit is what is galling to diehard Dravidian politicians. Ridiculing Brahmins is a sociocultural pastime and a euphemism for being progressive, rational and liberal!

The question is not if only DMK is corrupt or whether Jaylalithaa is dictatorial. Your neighbour being dishonest does not justify your being dishonest. There could be personal psychological reasons for Jaylalithaa to be dictotorial and Karunanidhi to be democratic. What would you expect a spinster to be? What would a three-wife man be, if not democratic; he has to satisfy all the three women. Other results of democracy are now becoming visible - the unity in family is crumbling! May it be so. I strongly feel that Jayalalithaa should win with an absolute majority and further that she should improve in her behaviour. May God bless Jayalalithaa and Tamil Nadu. DMK and Karunanidhi with their huge corruption should be thrown in the Indian Ocean. Anna Hazare and Subramanian Swamy will, I am sure, compel Jaya to govern well and lead a non-corrupt government..

Sadly for the people of TN, they have to choose between less and more corrupt. JJ is as corrupt as the Karunanidhi mess, only thing she keeps all money for herself, while the other is a family business like 10 Janpath

The family of Karunanidhi in Tamil Nadu is worst than the family of Mubarak in Egypt and family of Gadhafi in Libya. Only difference is that the family in Tamil Nadu operate under so called democracy.

It is not Karunanidhi alone, it is the congress that introduces serious doses of corruption in whenever or wherever they form the Govt alone or join as coalition partners. It is the mother of corruption in Indian polity.

Is Tamil Nadu witnessing a silent anti-DMK wave?
by rohit on Apr 13, 2011 05:18 AM

This is Indian politic's. The poeple choose one party hoping to get some development and after 4 years choose the next party with high hopes but sad for the voter's who end up electing GOONDAS. So don't worry after 4 year's DMK will be back.

It's choice between the devil and the deep sea. Both Jayalalitha and Karunanidhi are incompetant and corrupt people. And the voters themselves are not competant enough to choose local candidates that are likely to make a difference in their lives without leaning on their own caste, party and other affiliations as guides.

Probably true for all of India!

People who are supportive of DMK have this version - "All are theives, and I am better as I did it day while others did it in night, so vote for me."

I my opinion, yes JJ had issues. TANSI land ... which was return back and has become a non issue. Others are much a foisted cases.

Its infact very clear that being in power in center now, congress all the way supportive , why is its Raja counting in Jail. And in many times DMK .. escaped this by clever coallition.

Vote DMK out of Power
by RKNA on Apr 12, 2011 10:01 PM

Pl. vote to have DMK out of power. They are the most corrupt. I am not saying that the alternate would be corrupt free. But at least the DMK would be tried for a few of the corruption areas, at least few will come out to light and it will curb the DMK loot any further

As far as 2G is concerned, when the UPA is supported by DMK and that it is doing some trials only proves the fact that the scam is very real and obvious beyond the 'capable' extent they can hide and thus they have started the trial but will review other options to derail the flow..., so we definitely want an alternate to DMK..
Why am I so against the corruption.., because this corruption is beyond imaginable limits, Karuna and family have become richer and richer and are owning various industry segments with monopoly.. I am concerned that I am regular tax payer (unfortunately salaried!) and pay several lakhs of taxes every year.. On top of that I pay tax for each and every purchase and services.. I am angered with the infrastructure that I have to live with, bad roads and other basic civic issues..

Pl. vote for anti DMK government, so that at least these goons are tried in the law and gradually we can create a society that will think at least once before these corruption..

Every DMK minister ownes an academic institution and minting money.. where did they get all the money to set this up?

Pl. exercise your vote and vote DMK out...
