Indra Mohan
Gandhi & Christ?
by Indra Mohan on Apr 07, 2011 12:55 PM

When people have not spared Christ for their journalistic sensationalism , how one expects they would not malign Gandhi. But dont worry both of them are much above their reach. So just ignore them.

monkey man
it is between him and manu and abha
manu and abha never talked of any exploitation or corruption at all unlike in modern times
where many many people are hiding behind posh offices and carrying on with a nice flat ,car ,mobile ,cars etc

also we are seeing all kinds of cases filed and we know how silly they are

----------------------

Gandhi was a good man that is why it was pure and girls did not complain anyone else it might have been ugly and not nice

Extrmely well put. Besides, the most important point about Gandhi was that he did not do all these things in a hush hush manner. He was ruthlessly open about what he was doing and open to criticism.

Re : Secrets of indias success is Non Violence
by rama anne on Apr 07, 2011 12:34 PM  | Hide replies

Indias success comes from Non Violence and computers

we are non violent so it means peace at times of adversity and poverty

so we indians survived 2.x percent growth in 70s

non violence also gave us patience so indians are patient with code ,which helped india to grow economically and get confident

so our Father Of Nation is behind silently for our countrys success as well as

Non Violence ---> Peace ---> Harmony -- > Patience

Computer software ---> persistence - patience - (coding ,testing and deployment )
so our BAPU has helped us

Non Violence -- also helped indians from side effects like moaists

Non Violence also helped keep india together (bind by patience ) even though some mavericks and fanatics do try to exploit and divide people

Non Violence also helped many indians to adopt to sorroundings that is why many indians have survived low growth rates ,corruption ,pollution etc

many indian people still are resilient and robust even when faced with poverty ,disease ,etc and still look positively to future

the answer lies in BAPUS message and path of NON VIOLENCE

it is what saved india and indians and made them succeed in testing and tough times

so all Indians should always thanks BAPU and hold him in his or her heart

Re Gandhi is in hearts of all Indians
by rama anne on Apr 07, 2011 12:21 PM  | Hide replies

Gandhis message of Non Violence is proved by

MARTIN Luther king Jr - proved with Civil rights in USA before
Nelson Mandela yesterday in South Africa not so long ago

Egypt - Mohammad al bharady also admitted in New delhi Conference that inspiration was Gandhis Non Violence

so Gandhis message of Non Violence not only wortked in India ...but in USA(America) ,South Africa (Africa) and Middle east (Egypt)

Gandhis message also worked in Films - Gandhi film got oscar award for Ben kingslay

Lago Raho Munna Bhai and Munna Bhai MBBS got both money and awards in Bollywood

-------------------------------

so every piece of Gandhi be it Non Violenec or even films (based on non violence sattire) have attracted huge audience and succeeded

so what else do we need to know how this man is so great and relavent for ever and ages to come

Gandhi is not just indian he is Universal ----

---------------------

His holiness Dalai Lama also respects Gandhi

If we do not respect our accept Gandhi means

-- we are either jealous
insecure
hypocrites
not so truth ful
like violence and not non violence
does not like simplicity etc

now if that is the case -- then all religions reach the above that means we are all hypocrites and just pray to god as selfish persons

people who accept Gandhi will accept GOD as simple as that

Politicians in search of issues
by Manoj Dev on Apr 07, 2011 12:04 PM

Politicians (and of course media) thrive on issues. They have to continuously try to find issues - this controversy is just one such. All talking have never read the book, they are just quoting reviews which are in the media.
Good opportunity for 'Gandhians' to drum-up some solid protest rallies, even few 'bandhs' may be called. Never mind that independent India since Nehru time never followed a single idea of Gandhi for economic welfare of India or the 'atma' of India.

Mahatma
by ganapathi on Apr 07, 2011 11:58 AM  | Hide replies

Gandhiji is the only leader in entire world who proclaimed that my life is my message. He had written everything about him in his autobiography the experiement with truth. That is why he is called mahatma.
Now, there is no need for others expecially those never lived with Gandhiji but writing imaginary information about gandhiji's life incidents.
When indian freedom fighting was happening at various areas at small level which was easily snubbed by britishers, Gandhiji united everything and made it at as massive national movement which could not be controlled by britishers.
He is unique and most suitable to be called as father of nation.

history has been tampered to save gandhi's name. someone who said openly that he had sex with when his father was at death bed does not make him a mahatma. there is a saying which most people forgot. you are the worst case of fanatics who still live without shame.

Gandhi was very young at that time -- also read his experiments with truth as well
Gandhi said truth and did not hide

How many secrets are in your life ?how many secret accounts are people having ?

it shows the humility to accept the facts and deeds and Gandhi displayed ,that is why he is Mahatma and some people just cvannot understand the real deep meaning of his truth and humility that is why we are not fit to comment on him

Gandhiji is the only leader in the world who had boldly proclaimed that my life is my message and had written about everthing in his autobiography the experiment with truth. That is why he is called Mahatma.
Now there is no need for others expecially who have never lived with gandhi, to write anything imaginary about his life incidents.
They can discuss the gandism's plus and minus or how it is applicable now.
