Rediff is mirror of what the government is thinking and feeling. This heading is ment for mobilising a public opinion so that Indians can strat thinking in this direction.Govt wants the readers in such forums to get the signal. Govt all by itself is not strong enough to think and take of any such decisions. This is one way to get people ready for the things to come. What more liberties would our governments like to take with Kashmir? They lost big chunk of it to Pakistan and China. The Indian Kashmir was called as special state and we always learnt it as our very own, though we could never own a land or business there becuse of govt plicy. What ever part of kashmir is with India, so much have been inested into it and almost free dole for the people there for last 60 years. If we had let people mix in the main stream India and let Indian go and live there- this problem would have never lived. Are we lost at the thoughts of Kashmir??

Once already got devided & till now kashmir's are facing pain.Uniting is the sol..&railways will also help you develop the state.again want to see the same greenry as it was before for that suspend the correpted police if there is any & ask with family of correcpted people.
Don't say J&K, it is just the valley of bigots. Srinagar is the only place rioting where as Jammu and Ladak are quiet. Pay attention there and ignore the valley. No appeasement please. They are eating a free meal at the expense of the rest of the country

Agree completely. Stop appeasing and start depriving. Give a resounding slap. Problem is who is going to do that. The spineless leaders are only too eager to wash their feet.
This guy as well as Geelani and other Hurriyat people are Pakistani operatives . They are another front created like LeT, Hizbul Mujahiddeen etc but on a milder tone to deceive the world perceptions . Never ever had they had one rally in POK and the reason is simple, that they are directed from there and not an independent voice. Never have they condemned a single attack of LeT or Hizbul Mujahiddeeen or any such organizations and never have they condemned any violations on the Kashmiri Hindus. These guys are plain liars and are good in misleading the population and are responsible for preventing any good coming from the Government to Kashmiris , giving the Kashmir state people , a false picture that the Government is not interested in their well being. It is very evident that Pakistanis make fools of US and take the US money to sponsor terrorism and these pakistani agents like Hurriyat are likewise good in fooling an average Kashmiri person.These guys play the tunes of Pakistan and nothing else.
