Do not come such a holy conclusion. All the IAS officers are working like Government paid politicians and change teh colour to suite the Government. If not the fate of India would have been quite different. This same man was once upon time a pet of the current CM. All are game.

"1000 sq ft second hand flat in Santhome in 2003". Santhome is close to beach & big time converter-dinakaran's converting places, cost of this flat could be around Rs 1.5 crores then, when did "Honest" & "Non-corrupt" IAS officers start earning/saving so much money in just 20 years?
TN govt was right & it should prosecute him for giving false certificate. This is not new, they convert & practice christianity, speak foul about hindu gods, but want to enjoy the benefits under govt's Hindu schemes . This is a typical xian deception.

1000SqFt flat was only around Rs.10lakhs at that time in Santhome.. u mean to say it was Rs.15,000/Sq Ft in 2003...Pls check before u post
