Basically, the summary of the above chinese article is that, the Chinese can needle it neighbors especially India. But the Americans cannot do the same to china. Chinese are the most immoral and unethical people.
China is developing quite fast and shall not lower its pursuit. The small neighbours encircling india are the targets throuh which china wants to reduce India's influence in the region as all these neighbours of India are overawed and do the bidding of China. It is USA, cautioning the neighboring countries so that they can see themselves actual face of China. At this stage China appearas to be too occupied to become a developed economy and is moving slowly on other fronts and after some years acual face of China will apperar for all neighbours and USA apperars to be in the awe of such a possiblity,as USA may loose its singular power status in the world.
Reality is that China is against India and has been trying to undermine India via pakistan. US is not sowing any seeds of discord ...rather it is only alerting us to the Chinese gameplan of containing India.
It's a fact that China is building a port at Gwadar to connect by road to China via pakistan and POK.

If india regarded by Pakistan as enemy can donate USD25million - thats its so called giving D17 million is peanuts - specially when they have 2.45trillion in forex
You say Indians don't have brains, my brain clearly suggests your religion and nationality. the problem with you is your brain is constrained to Copy paste technology you dont have your own vision and your brain does not permit to think beyond better stay in your religion I don't want to waste my time any more, take care :)

Actions speak louder than words!! And the actions of Indians and Chinese is hopeless to be mild in INNOVATION and fields of modern technology!! Without external help in fields of technology, both these countries are DOOMED if they attempt their own INNOVATION!! Are you aware of a simple project like the UID project which Nilekani dubbed it as near impossible and invited western countries in helping designing the architecture?? It means there is not a single guy(s) among 1 LAKH INFOSYS employees who is capable of designing it!! When it was left open to IITs for design, no one came up with anything worthwhile!! And the western MNCs were eager to develop it and deliver it ON TIME!! That speaks volumes of Indian "BRAINS"!! Even I am an Indian but I dont live in the world of fantasies but REALITIES!!

i think u r an indian but very eager to settled down in abroad.. and feel proud.. so i suggest u to working towards it and get settled down there..
China and Pakistan are real enemy of India and Western Countries. China supports NE militants in India. China supports Pakistan, Iran, N. Korea with nukes.
China is illegally captured Tibet which is integral part of India. Indian claim on Tibet is right because Hindus holy place of Kailas mansarowar is in Tibet. Also nearly all holy rivers of India originates from Tibet.
India and western world should support Tibet, Taiwan, and East Turkistan freedom.
India must supply nuke to Taiwan and arms to Tibetans. China do not have democracy hence support for such movements can break China in many peaces.
India with NATO countries have common enemy that is China. Hence democratic powers of world must work together to tackle Chinese evil.
Similarly Pakistan is biggest supplier of terror in the world. Pakistan have all types of modern technology imported from China.
