The so called anti Indian elements doesn't accept this. They doesn't want India to progress!! The ultimate progress for India only comes from BJP!! The one and only National democratic party!!

THE MESS THAT HAS BEEN CREATED BY NDA GOVT IN EDUCATION IN BIHAR WILL TAKE AT LEAST A DECADE TO REPAIR. THE PRIMARY EDUCATION IS IN THE HANDS OF PANCHAYATS WHO HAVE RECRUITED UNDESERVING TEACHERS ON MASS SCALE TO BRING IT TO HELL. CONDITION OF HIGHER EDUCATION IS MORE PATHETIC. NO CLASSES FOR MONTHS TOGETHER DUE TO LONG STRIKES, GOVT PAYS SALARY TO TEACHERS WITHOUT ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR COURSE COMPLETION, PRACTICALS IN SCIENCE SUBJECTS, OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR RESULTS; NO TIMELY EXAMS OR TIMELY RESULT WHICH HAS CREATED HUGE EXODUS OF STUDENTS TO DELHI AND OTHER STATES FOR THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD IT. FOR MASSES EVEN SATISFACTORY EDUCATION IS A DREAM. THEY HAVE TO BEAR EXTREMELY POOR EDUCATION STANDARD OF BIHAR GOVT SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES. NEVER GO BY WHAT IS WRITTEN IN MEDIA, NDA HAS BEEN ALWAYS A GOOD MEDIA MANAGER. GROUND REALITIES ARE VERY OPPOSITE. THE DIRECT MEDIA INTERFACE OF STAR TV NEWS RECENTLY AT GANDHI MAIDAN, PATNA, COVERED THIS PARTIALLY DUE TO PARTICIPATION OF A FEW STUDENTS OF PATNA, WHO WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK ON THE SUBJECT IN DETAIL, THE CHANNEL'S FOCUS WAS BIHAR ELECTION. AFTER ALL WHO CARES FOR PEOPLE, THE MLAS AND MPS HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA OF HUGE EARNING FROM THE SYSTEM. BIHAR EDUCATION WAS ONE OF THE BEST TWO DECADES AGO, NOW WHATEVER WAS LEFT HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY THE PRESENT NDA GOVT

Brainless beggar... Read the report. It is the JD(U) and BJP alliance changed the Bihar. Totally idiotic. They didn't teach you when to use lower case and when to use upper case! Pathetic!

He (AS) is over educated to understand small things of decency. Illiterates have a better sense than our overly educated lot. They more lumpen in their writings and behavior. look at all these Ls , Rs Ks etc of our political parties and we know how they behave and have taken India for a ride. Our MMS the most highly qualified politician of the world has no independent thinking and is guided by vaguely educated person and the cronies.
Those who support them are busy with corruption activities and get their shares.

So you are saying Nitish government did not do anything for Bihar? If so, who do you think will be good? Again Laloo?
Your comments on education is completely baseless. There has been significant improvement in this area which was because of Nitish' government's initiative. A state doesn't become developed overnight; it takes time. Nitish has done very wonderful job so far and he must be given at least another 5 years to govern.

I do not agree with this. Whether it's BJP or Congress or any regional party - development is not done by party but it's the leader - whether it's PM or CM who drives it. BJP, Congress both have good leaders as well as bad ones.
Nitish appears to be a person who is trying very hard to make Bihari's become respectable once again. He is a great leader for Bihar.

good news for bihar
by pankaj K on Oct 20, 2010 07:37 PM

good news for bihar. things have changed so well in last few years.
now time will come when we will return back to our homeland and give service to our state.
is has been long since we were discriminated by ppl of other state but now, its good to see we have share of our development.
i request ppl like me to create more oppurtunities in bihar and spreadk awareness among our ppl.
there are plenty of ppl living miserable life in surat, punjab and mumbai.
we can certainly now get better oppurtunities back in our state.

The only thing I appreciate in you is that you are not playing 'Takhiya' - deception as other Mussies play. You are not like thos fake mussies who try to create a sober image of islam by sayng that its peaceful relegion. You are like a tal-iban, who speak and does as per the mussie ideology

Wow!
by Roopal Vaish on Oct 20, 2010 07:05 PM  | Hide replies

I'm just speechless. I was in Patna, Bihar, for 2 years, when it was run by Laloo and then Rabri. At that time, it had seemed as though time was standing still in Bihar, that it was still poised around 5 years after Independence, that progress had completely bypassed it. Lawlessness was the norm, caste divide so sharp you could cut yourself on it, the plight of poor unbelievable. And Laloo was busy milking the state dry and introducing corruption in new places. I tell you, it was unbelievable...the things I saw there will take pages n pages to be written. And in the centre of most of them was Laloo.

This story actually brought tears to my eyes. Had I been able to do so, I would've voted for Nitish, no matter to what party he belonged. This thing, what he has done, its phenomenal for a place that Bihar was.

Maybe the Congress can learn something from this. Instead of pouring thousands of crores down the drain for CWG, an initiative like this would've benefited the country so much.

there was a time in bihar when school-lords will simply put up school-name boards without classrooms, kids or buildings, collect teachers' pay from the state govt and make so-called teachers [all called professors!] work mainly for the school-lord politician winning his elections. if nitsh kumar, a qualified engineer himself, has changed things and brought in real teachers and education for bihar's children, he should be electorally rewarded.

Atleast our PM should not have made a cheap & politically motivated comment about Bihar . As for Funds are concerned , Centre should act as a Guradian and not a baised sibling .
