Happy to see the progress of Bihar. In 1970& 80's kerala started the same thing. They first concentrated on primary education. Now it has about 100% literacy & high HDI in India. CM Nitish Kumar really deserve a second term.

Well Kerala must be having high literacy rates but educationally they are still backwards, just see the quality of manpower from Kerala, its pathetic and only fit to be absorbed by middle east.
I sincerely request all Biharis to give Nitish a chance. We gave undeserving people chances, please let this person one more tenure. He is an educated man and understands the value of education, and the growth that education follows
