By such statements it is very clear to whom Congress is supporting.
Earlier congress used to say "Religion has nothing to do with terrorism" when all terrorism was clearly linked to ISLAM. Now suddenly, after malegaon blasts congress started talking about a new term "Hindu terrorism".

Ok, but and no marked development in muslims even though congress appease them clearly.
Do you want to say they are just supporting them for votes and making them fool once they get their votes? Is this only show off? don't you think it is serious time to think?

In any case, the High Court need not fight shy of the post-judgment repercussions and criticism that could follow in a couple of months from now regarding the lacunae which failed to see eye to eye with the laid down law and the procedures followed while deliberating on the case and delivering a judgement as in the present case. Whatever the say by political parties and analysts on the topic, Court would definitely come by the quantum lacunae in the overall judgment that has partially left scope both for a hit back by one side or the other, or a flare up on a larger scale in time to come.

In essence, the inept handling of the entire case, starting with the digging up of the area to trace the might-exist archaeological remains of an ancient temple tantamount to opening a case of murder filed by an alleged criminal on the plea that the deceased might have committed a murder of another person earlier for which he was made to pay with his life.

The primary case for which the Muslim minority appealed for was to invoke the law and judiciary to penalize the mob led by the leaders with dubious and influential background for the first act of crime which amounted to extremism culminating in utter disregard of government, nation, constitution and law, whereby the hot headed mob razed the disputed structure without notice and heedless of the ban put in place by the government. This act by the mob led by the leaders amounted to even denying the existence of Law and Judiciary, which fact alone should give weight-age to the plea put in by the minorities. Precisely speaking, the Court ignored the act of the majority community who blatantly disregarded and defiled the Constitution, defied the nation, the government, law and administration by taking law in to their hands. So on this count itself the case of the Hindu majority ought to have fallen through for a stern reprimand undeserving of any soothing touch for the high-handed crime of finishing off a History all on their own. …(Comment contd)

In a way, the instant case and the subsequent judgment makes mockery of the soul of law and judiciary, which more than instilling conviction within the general public, would be giving a long rope to people and mob to exert their might to the detriment of the nation and the people.

If the mob led by political and religious leaders including influential people could have acted the way they did on ........., then many of the judgments including the one that pronounced people guilty - Md. Afzal included – could be fully within their right to seek a review of their individual cases which may have been pronounced with bias or deserve on their individual status and citizenship.

No nation can have a law that could be used flexibly for the majority and rigidly for the minorities, which could be interpreted as purely discriminatory and nullifying in the eye of the Constitution which should cover every citizen equally in the eye of law and judgment.

Time has, therefore, come for us to ponder over the need, utility and justification for engaging law and the judicial set up (a reference to India) for indefinite periods, for resolving cases that make the two rival communities lock horns for ages and the present case (Ayodhya to be precise) which too is bound to recoil in to a severely complex issue for a never-ending dispute.

History too is replete with instances of frequent rivalries and communal riots that have marred the relations between these two sections of people. By no stretch of imagination can it therefore, be assumed that the judgment as pronounced by the Allahabad High court relating to a crime, which took place under the watchful eye of leaders and politicians of different hues, viewed and read by the entire nation besides the media and politicians, could ever let the communities settle down for good within the framework of peace and harmony. This is so because the events that took place in 2001 came about at the behest of people with power and influence heading institutions that have been constantly crossing swords with other communities (minorities to be precise) and who have had the backing of the majority community in a country that has witnessed rivalry and bloodshed since time immemorial.

The semblance of justice being meted out to citizens of this country under the guise of rights to equality and freedom of worship as embodied in the Constitution, means little or no significance to a people and community (communities?) whose only look-out is to plant false propaganda against each other or adopting strategies meant to stamp out the other’s (minorities) existence. Use of filthy and abusive language, arrogance portrayed through defiant postures and destructive tactics or methods of assault that imperil innocent human lives have become a way of life and culture
