$ p50 millions for the trips! In return, these people buy TVs etc. from Saudi and bring them back (I saw them at Hyderabad airport with whole bunch of electronis).This is a shopping trip, and these people do not want to shop in India (haram).

If you feel that you are wasting the taxpayer's money then it is duty of every taxpayer to say not waste. We expect the govt to say no to Haj subsidi.
