How do we stop the corruption in our courts when we can not stop it in our government. The Hall of Congress are lined with corrupt politicians.
They use there jobs to hide from Justice.

Here in the USA the whole system is corrupt; but the question is; who is worse, the corrupt criminals or the people that foster this criminal system by being silent and do not expose the criminals and the news media that fail to report these crimes.

The question is; who is worse the corrupt criminals that we have in our government, or the people that are silent and foster these acts of crime because their loyalty to their political party. We must never give up justice will come when we become economic slaves of this corrupt system.

not taking action/turning blind eye/deaf ear against illegal, corrupt should be counted illegal strictly and the responsibility/accountability must be fixed. assets of traitors/corrupts must be seized/ nationalised. India is still ruled and controlled by traitors/representatives of british rulers Ititltled "SIR", Rai Sahab, etc. and more than 80%assets are under their control which must be confiscated/nationalised.

I agree with you. It makes it hard when you have no where to turn. The District Attorney and the Judges go hand in hand. My grandson was told that he take the sentence that they oppose on him or he will get life if he tries ti fight it. I'm in fear he will get life once I start anything. The District Attorney's got beat up, he owes may people money and can't live at home living off others. One guy beat him up, mother took him to the hospital on to help her cause. She filed witness protection for her low life son that she herself wants nothing to do with other than to cover up his crimes. The young man that beat up her low life son got a lesser sentence if he would go along with convicting 2 others. Her low life son told her that 3 guys beat him up, Not so.but, by putting the three of them in jail he wouldn't owe them anything. They each got 5 years and have to split the hospital bill, $3,000.00 each.
They have to live with this sentence or they will get life if they come back to fight it. My grandson gave this guy a place to live and never paid for anything.
My Grandson was at his Fathers home, they had company the same day the low life son got beat up.
Plenty of people that will go to court and be a witness as to where my grandson was at the time the incident happened.
Can't go thru the Dist. Attorney because she is the
one responsible for this. Just what does witness protection do for someone. Deoes he get a free ride by the Tax payer?

Freeze assets
by Guru Prakash on Aug 08, 2011 11:56 AM

If you want to stop corruption in India, the corrupt persons assets need to be traced, frozen and confiscated. Unless this clause in Jan Lokpal bill is enforced, corrupt persons will not have any deterrence.

The current govt jokepal bill which gives a prison term of 3 months (that too if proven with extra-ordinary evidence after spending crores of public money on investigation) and then the corrupt will be able to enjoy looted money for their life!

Dismissing person/official at the early and get all the properties he has. Let that properties to go to the people living in slum or improvements of roads/schools etc. So that no one should dare to do corruption. Politicians/revenue dep/RTO etc to be under scan always where corruption is high and they provokate others as well.

Civil society is full of cheats

> Santosh Hegde has done nothing to stop corruption in K'taka, he has no moral right to be in the commiittee.
> Anna is blind to K'taka corruption and only sees congress corruption
> RSS has passed resolution at a conclave that they would fund few people to take on congress on corruption, this was done at Puttur in Feb2011.
> Satosh hegde 's father was RSS activist, he publicly said Advani as his father figure, he is facist.
> Congress should have jailed all these 'so called civil society activist' instead of dealing with them.
> Formation of commiittee itself is un-constitutional, RSS wants constitution to be re-written and these civil society are RSS puppets.
> Any law has to come out from Parliament not from outside constitutional norms.
> Our constitution is strongest in the world, RSS wants to undermine Ambedkar's contribution.
> Has Santosh Hegde got guts to lead rally against Yeddi ?
> Santosh Hegde was choosen as SC judge by BJP govt., b'cos BJP favored as Santosh Hedge is son of RSS activist. Can Santosh Hedge say his achievements as SC judge ? He was only BJP's puppet to decide on important cases.

Your brain should be examined in talibani style, and your support to corrupt elephants in Delhi indicates how clean you are too. Stop using rediff from using it as platform for your support for corruption. It is unfortunate that we are victims of corruption and it is started right from the independence of India. It should be stopped, and you have no place in the fight. Change your address to Afganisthan or Pakisthan, you are best suited there.

It seems that you are a child of diggy or dogy and moreover of sick congress mentality. Because we people of india want the end of corruption and black money issues at any cost in this novel path all are respectefuly invited either it is Anna or Ramdev or RSS, even a black thief also invited. But only congress is against all these things because the black money in foreign bank account relate to congress and major part of Sonia Gandhi and her family. That’s why if there will be a strong law against the corruption then so called big congressmen or Sonia Gandhi and her childish liar amul baby ( which has been proved in his statement that bhatta parsoal in Noida there was rape with many village women and murdered 74 people by the police) will be behind the bar. The only reason is the against a strong rule in the nation. The natural law is everyone who is the guilty or wrongdoer will be punished by the same law irespective of party or any difference. If Sonia is the so called honest and dignity why she don’t make such law to punish the criminal politician.
