But there are some good police officials as well. We can not generalize this. Your statement is partly true. You message would hurt and discourage real policemen who are aplenty.

It would not hurt any of them as they are shame less, they take bribe in public, they dont follow law, they encounter innocents.
The US Secret Service does not have a good record considering killing of President.John F Kennedy,shooting of President Ronald Reagan and President Gerald Ford who came close to it.
When one incompetent system depends on another, the result is a disaster.
The Secret Service Agents were absolutely correct in exercising their judgment and superceding Mum-bai Police. This is they were there for.

Would they have done this on visit of their President to C H I N A. THEY FEAR AND THEREFORE REVER CHINA. We are disposable and hence they dispose us in this manner. Do we deserve it? Their twin tower they could not protect and they could not protect their Presidents in their own land.
