Forget America , we ourselves are frustrated with present form of Democracy , civil administration , judicial structure and above all , Senseless and meaningless reporting by Press and media !
India is natural ally as both USA and India are democracy.India should do hard bargain but UPA is behaving like soft state and unfortunately Pakistan a rogue country despite being known as epicenter of terrorism is able to extract all benifit from USA ,by blackmailing tactics.
India under weak and old PM Manmohan Singh is totally failed to tackle anything... be it scams after scams,terrorism,price rise ...India is real sad story under UPA?????
Obama would finally win this visit on behalf of Pakistan...Just like earlier day..
In cricket language,it can be compared when India during Gavaskar,Ravi Shastri & Azhar days used to loose to Pakistan from winning position

YOU ARE CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH INDIA TODAY IS WE DONT HAVE ANY GRATE LEADERS TODAY. CONGRESS WAS A PARTY WHICH RULED INDIA FOR 50 YEARS AND THAY SHOULD HAVE PICKED AND DEVELOPED LEADERS FOR THE FUTURE, BUT UNFORTUNATLY THE PARTY GOT LOST IN ONE FAMILY, AND STAMPED OUT YOUNG LEADERS .
America wants India to allow more FDI in defence sector. America wants India to allow 100% FDI in Retail sector. America wants India to allow 100% FDI in Real State sector. Is this bureaucracy or India's Foreign Policy.
USA is a very fickle ally and India knows this.USA is not happy with a permanent UN membership for India. It is not ok with parting with sensitive nuclear technology to India. USA is oblivious of Indian concerns regarding terrorism arising from Pakistan and the arming of Pak Army. Can India trust USA. Not at all.

US cannot ignore Pakistan because it has interests or wants base to reach following countries: Iran, Afganistan, China and even wants to contain India(yes this is right) from progressing. No one in US wants that after China, other country like India should progress and give competition to US. The scale and size of India and China can only give competition to US. If Pakistan issue is tackled or Pakistan is doomed India will progress because 1 less problem for India. US in short term wants friendship with India because we have huge currency reserves and market for US products, and US wants to decrease its trade deficit and take debt out. Another thing is Pakistan now has become a hotspot, if US lets Pakistan go, then China will take it because of its strategic position on the globe. proximity to Energy/mineral sources like Iran, Afganistan, Persian Gulf, etc.
India-US both share a seires of past mutual irritants for more than 50 Years that can't glossed over in a span of just few years of bonhomie. It would reqire some more years of Consistant co-opeartion in Technology, Strategic partenership, trade, Visa policies etc to melt down the ice of suspicion accumulated during the cold war era.
There are manifold reasons, the main one being the fact that US constantly gives in to the blackmailing of Pakistan and supplies it with arms, though it knows that it is only to be used against India, all the pious protestations to the contrary of the perfidious Pakistani army and establishment. There are other equal, forceful reasons like the China policy and nuclear arm twisting.
If America is frustrated with India, India too is equally if not more frustrated with America.
In last 30 years,America have made every country to compete for military developments,pour money only for military technology,strenghtening for combat defence of country.US have made Pakistan very weak and now China is doing the other half work.America have weakened the countries like France,Russia during the time of cold war.If India is to be declared the 6 nuclear country in NATO then Pakistan will be unable to play any worst politics in Asian continent,specially they target India.If India given full weightage,then China may also be warned for the further sequences which may cross them every time in NATO.Now this future will be the cold war between India & China...China slowly have started capturing the global market in every sense.That should kept a watch & ban some Chinese items & products in India.This will also boost our Indian products & economy too.
