Mr. President is visiting India at the wrong time. Though he can celebrate Diwali as he is spending crores to stay at Taj but the common people or mumbaikars will be effected badly. Important places will be seale din mumbai, then whats the use of his visit . He can stay at some other big hotels of the nation do the discussion bit. Many hawkers who actually wait for these 2 days where they can earn really good will go in vain. Media is giving extra importance , its but obvious. Poin to be noted here is when Indian Prime minister or any other VIP from India visits US do they get the same importance? by Kumar
I am sure you would agree with me that lot of garbagish discussion goes on your D'Board. I am surprised you seem to have no check on the abusive discussion that flirts your site.
Obama should visit Siddhivinayak. There are hell lot of churches in US. Why visit one here. He should pray to Lord Siddhivinayak, this way, he will strike right chord with Mumbai and India.
He should not give an impression of vatican agent scouting the market for 'future investments'
1. Fudamentlaits: which I am sure he will deny he is
and
2. Cons: Which I am sure he is.
He is doing it only to keep a smoke screen around himself.
The day he intervened in the ground zero mosque issue he said he will not comment on the wisdom of building of building a mosque and openly supported it..but next week he came out and expressed his opinions rather voiceforeously on buring of kkurans..though a man of character would have stuck to his old stand of not intervening. He is a muslim and a con..he is a terrorist sympathiser..gosh what were americans thinking when they voted for him. This shows that if advertized properly people would happily buy shittt..
Why does Rediff think that Obama's visit is a great event for common Indians? When our PM visit US, a common man in US is not even aware of it. So why media in India is creating an event out of his visit? And if at all media needs something to talk, issues related to Neuclear Bill, China, Security etc should be discussed, and not where will he eat and where will he sleep!
