It is a big joke on ourselves.During the early fifties Nehru declined the offer of permanent seat in Security Council to avoid antagonising China. Now our SM Krishna and Prez Patil are kneeling before China to help get Permanent Seat in SC.What a Tragedy Comedy Situation!
With 46% malnourished Children 80% anaemic woman What will India do with a permanent seat in UN Security Council?
Why they are spending money for unrealistic causes?
Why dont they spend money to secure the future of those 46% kids and elevate the poverty level of 70% Indians who are suffering from poverty and inflation togetherly.

Likewise 12500 crores worth of money brought in by the Missionaries too could be used for a noble purpose, rather then spending it on proselytising with dubious means, buying arms & ammunitions for Maoists.
Our President is requesting China to support our bid to UN !!!. If I put it mildly it is a shame on our part. For a country having a population of 1.2 billion, with a sound economy and Govt. practicing decent democratic system it is really a shame. What China did when they were not given seat in UN? They achieved it insspite of all odds. We can also do that by talking from our strenght and not from our weakness. Let us learn from them. sathyanathan kambil
You see the mind set of secularist congress comapared to BJP. BJP when in power appointed muslim scholar and a nationalist as president that brought fame to India. Congress led by Sonia, particularly wanted india to degrade and therefore appointed a weak president to showcase India. Such a glaring example of congress face has been totally ignored by heavily paid Indian media.

I cant remember even one thing that she's done as a president which is worth remembering..more so, if you contrast her with APJ Abdul Kalam. She is just a parasite who has gotten lucky because her Congress bosses wanted to show how women-friendly they are!
