Its is basically North Indian culture which is useless. These kind of incidences are common in Punjab, Harayana, Delhi, UP, Bihar, Rajashthan etc. This culture if not controlled is as worse or maybe worser than Taliban. Somehow they consider females are pleasure items or pure slaves. Rest of India , espcially states like Maharshtra, Gujarat, TN, Andhra, Kerala, Karanataka should be very careful that this culture does not pollute their free culture where women have much better position in society. As it is North Indian culture is spreading fast through TV channels and movies. Secondly mass migration from these states are making matter worse. My humble request to all Southern and Western states is please follow your own culture. This north indian culture is culture of doom.

Paresh behave like educated person. Which culture you are talking about. Let not anyone remind you about what happening in Vidarbha, schools of Orissa or beaches of Goa. You should also remember that 80% p@rn stuff is coming out from south & western states only. Problems are everywhere but mind your language before making stupid comments over a region just because few of native are bad.

Why are you agitated. It looks like my comments have hit the nerve. I am no wrong when I say North Indian culture is bad. Bad things are happening is other parts of country but still more or less thinking of communities is OK. Basic thinking of North Indian is filthy and when few of them get together and talk about women you feel like just putting bullet in each of their head.

Well, i agree with your observation that few uneducated north indian talk bad about women but they dont rape their minor cousin along with 10 other people . did you hear similar to this from north India ever ? a constable raping in minor in police post ... what a rich culture . keep it up .

These isolated incidents do not make a culture bad or good. Simillar incidents do take place elsewhere as well.To referesh your so called knowledge of culture let me enlighten you that nowhere in any of Indian cultures is mentioned that one should be allowed take away the lives of human being & be honoured.It is a dogma on us that even after 63 yrs of independence majority of people in rural India are not able to think rationaly & the curse is illiteracy. Therefore,Mr.Paresh stop cursing North Indian Culture as it would add fuel to already devided society unless you have plans either to join MNS or outplay Mr.Raj Thakrey. No problem if you do not want to appriciate that atleast a begining is made to enforce the law of the land and curbe this henious tradion in this country.But do not stoke FIRE.

50 hearings needed to dissolve a case!!!!this is called indian judicial system!!!! even if the accoused are given death sentence it is not sure whether they will be hang or not--it takes another few year---its india you can do any wrong thning & if you caught you will be look after by indian govt. in jail--so don't worry you can spend rest of life in jail without any tension
I hope the higher courts uphold this judgement. The Khap Panchayats are a curse... This happening in the state of Haryana which is considered one of hte more prosperous states in the country is the reminder that it is just economy but education that matters.... The khap members deserve death
