What is actually hapening is , some MAOIST sympathetic army depot managers, sell the amunitions to Maoist and cover their tracks by burning the warehouse. Now they claim a lot a ammunitions are burned and wasted. Thus they show accounting of all the missing ammunitions. A true investigation will involve accounting all the ammunitions, burned or not and see how many boxes went missing. There by bringing the traitors to light.
WILL THEY DO IT ?? HMM. IF HISTORY WERE TO ANSWER.. NOPE!!!

It is the improvement... We use summer as acover to fire useless ammunition- purchased through corruption. This is the general practice.

Is there accountability for any one in India? Be it a politician, a bureaucrat or even a commoner.
